The Jamaica Rotary hosted its annual party at Il Palazzo Villa Russo to a great turnout. The Club honored two Men of the Year Public Advocate Bill DeBlasio and Assistant Chief James Secreto, Commanding Officer, Patrol Borough Queens South.
